PollGuard is built in Kenya for the bodies that elect their own: political parties, SACCOs and co-operatives, unions, professional bodies, universities and civil society.
We build the tools that let them run a vote, and the campaign around it, in a way they can explain to anyone afterwards: who could vote, who did, and that every ballot was counted.
Each of them holds a vote that has to survive the people who lost it. The roll is theirs, the board is theirs, and the result is theirs to declare. PollGuard runs the system it is held on.

A number on a PollGuard screen comes from a record, or the screen says it is not measured yet.
A read that fails says so and offers a retry. It is never shown as an empty queue.
