For NGOs, churches & member organisations

Clean governance votes, without the drama.

Board elections, AGM resolutions and membership referendums, run properly and recorded properly — so your trustees, donors and members all see the same result.

What this looks like for you

Resolutions as well as elections

Run a single AGM resolution or a referendum with the same rigour as a full board election — and keep the outcome on the record for your minutes.

Members verified once

Verify your membership roll once and reuse it for future votes, with administrator review at every approval.

Reach members by SMS

Notify members that a vote has opened and send one-time passcodes, with delivery tracking so you can show members were informed.

💳

Affordable for small organisations

Entry engagements start at the $15,000 minimum, and smaller congregations and member bodies can talk to us about pilot pricing.

🧾

Evidence for trustees and donors

Exportable records of eligibility, ballots, tally and certification — useful when governance is reviewed by a funder or regulator.

👁

Neutral observers

Where a vote is sensitive, accredit an independent observer so no faction administers the ballot alone.

Questions we get

We only vote once a year. Is this worth it?

Entry engagements start at the $15,000 minimum — talk to us about pilot pricing for a small body — so the question is mostly whether a verified roll and a clean record are worth it. For contested board elections, most organisations find they are.

Many of our members are elderly or not comfortable with apps.

Plan a supervised option: members vote on a device at your premises with an official present, which is a normal and legitimate way to run this. The ballot itself is deliberately simple.

Do we have to use biometric verification?

No. Verification is a module you choose to switch on. For a low-risk AGM resolution among a known membership you may not need it at all — and if you do use it, our data protection notice explains exactly what is collected and how members can decline.
