PollGuard is an institutional elections platform, and it is priced the way election budgets are approved: an annual platform licence, plus a per-voter engagement fee for each election you run. All prices in US dollars; billable in Kenyan shillings at the CBK reference rate, exclusive of VAT.
The benchmark
Elections as they are run today cost $17–25 per registered voter in printing, logistics and manual tallying. A PollGuard engagement lands between $0.45 and $2.40 per voter.

Each election is scoped and billed per registered voter, on a declining band — the way an election budget is actually written.

02 — Per-election engagement
Pay per voter, on a declining band.
One engagement fee covers ballot design, casting, receipts, tallying and results for that election. Minimum engagement $15,000.
Engagement rate card
Bands are marginal, like a tax schedule — a 2.5M-voter primary pays the first band on its first 50k voters, the second on the next 450k, and so on. Bars show the per-voter rate to scale.
