Right of reply.

If PollGuard Signal publishes a figure about you or the office you hold, you are entitled to answer it — and we are obliged to record that you did. This is not a complaints form that disappears; every reply received is logged against the figure it concerns.

What to send. The name shown on the card, the figure you are responding to, and the version stamp printed on the page when you read it. The version identifies exactly which published numbers you are answering, which matters: figures are versioned and a restatement creates a new one.

What happens next. We check the figure against the stored query it came from. If it is wrong, it is restated and the change is written up in the public correction log with the reason — we do not alter a published number silently. If it is right, your reply is recorded alongside it and shown to anyone looking at that figure.

What we will not do. Remove a correctly computed figure because it is unwelcome, or publish anything about a private individual. Watches naming a private individual are refused outright, and no client relationship or fee changes that.
